Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale. The sale to be held at the North Door of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, County of Davis, State of Utah, on April 18, 1988 at 2:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust ("Trust Deed") executed by William J. Meehan Jr. and Cheryl A. Meehan, husband and wife, as Trustors, Trus-tors, in favor of Home Savings and Loan, as Beneficiary, and covering real property located in Davis Countv. State of Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as follows: LOT 1, DEANETTA SUBDIVISION, SUBDI-VISION, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION SUB-DIVISION OF PART OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, SALT LAKE MERIDIAN, U.S. S URVEY, A PLAT OF WHICH IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE DAVIS COUNTY RECORDER. RE-CORDER. The beneficial interest in said Trust Deed was assigned to Custer County Federal Savings and Loan, now known as Great Plains Federal Savings and Loan Association by Assignment dated October 15, 1981.
