Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 19th day of April, 1988, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: Said property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: All of Lot 4, AEGEAN VILLAGE VIL-LAGE SUBDIVISION PLAT "A", a subdivision of part of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Farmington, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 158 and 160 East 1470 South, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah 84025. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated December 18, 1985, and was executed by CLARK W. ANDERTON and RAE OLA ANDERTON, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of CITICORP MORTGAGE, INC., the present Beneficiary. Be-neficiary. The present owners are reported re-ported to be CLARK W.
