Show West Bountiful News :: By SHERALEE LARSON :This year's deer hunt found big game hunters from West Bountiful. Cody and Charley Fraughton went to the mountains above Wall-sburg, Wall-sburg, Utah with Cody's family. They came home with a deer. Darrick Katsilas came home with his deer that he bagged in the Bountiful Hills. Teresa and Russ Pettey got their deer in Price. On the weekend Richard Beyer and Doug Coons went hunting. Doug came home with his deer. Brownie Troop 910 sponsored a spook alley Saturday at Kathryn Lindsay's home. Newspaper drive will be every second Saturday of the month in the 6th Ward area. The scouts will be the ones picking up the papers. Boy Scout Troop 91 1 (6th Ward) will be having a spaghetti dime-a-dip dinner Nov. 16 as a fund raising project for new equipment. A dinner din-ner and auction will be the activities. activi-ties. Everyone is invited and it will be held at the Stake Center. The 7th Ward Primary had a "ghostbuster" party on Saturday. Daphne Byington has been hospitalized. hos-pitalized. Gordon and Lynn Watson traveled to Nevada for a business trip. Rex George is in the hospital. West Bountiful 8th Ward has been split - because of the ditch. Congratulations to Penny and Bill Bird on their seventh baby. But what makes this baby special was that he was delivered at home by two neighbors and father before the paramedics even got there. It was special for the Bird children to see their new brother minutes after he was born. About 100 neighbors gathered in the yard for the event. Mark on your calendar the 8th Ward Harvest Fair-on Friday, Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m. Location is the 8th Ward building at 31 1 N. 800 W. There will be dinner food, an auction, auc-tion, candy, home baked goods, bazaar items and toys. Chairrrtan for the fair are Esther and Monte Brow n. Ann Madsen's father passed away. David Soper and 1 1 year old son David are planning a trip to Kenya, Africa at the end of November. Mildred Bowman has moved out of the area. She will be missed by friends and neighbors. Parent-teacher conferences will be on Nov. 6, 7 and 8. Terry Moss was involved in a car accident during that heavy snow fall. She is home from the hospital now. Stake High Priest Party is Nov. 2.
