Show Aral Erirtison Ends 40 Yours AT IIAFB When Arol E. Erickson of Farmington completed 40 years of federal service the other day, he was invited to visit the commander of the Ogden Air Logistics Center. MR. ERICKSON and his wife met with Maj. Gen. Edmund Ed-mund A. Rafalko. The general presented him a 40-year certificate cer-tificate and extended best wishes. Mr. Erickson is a production produc-tion control specialist in the Materiel Management Directorate. Direc-torate. CIVILIAN Personnel officials of-ficials said that there are about a half-dozen civilian employees on base who are approaching 40 or even 50 years of service. When they reach the high-water mark, a special ceremony with the "boss" is in order. Mr. Erickson began his career at Hill AFB on Aug. 6, 1941, making him one of the original employees at the base. Prior to that time, he was an enlisted man in the Air Corps. |
