EDWARD GIFFORD I Temple Rites "c Carolyn Poulsen became ibe bride of Keith Edward Gilford in rites at the Salt Lake Temple, Thursday, Aug. rtfej THE BRIDE is the rii.i daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald E. Poulsen, 570 East 250 North, Bountiful. The i bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Doris Troutner, 1001 E. Jef-! Jef-! i lerson, Boise, Ida. Ifc' A wedding breakfast was Sif: held at the Chuck-A-Rama. Ka: The reception was at the Carillon. THE BRIDE was attired in. a gown of polyester sheer with cluny lace and satin trim. It was styled with Camelot sleeves with matching trim. She wore a small lace headpiece with a floor-length veil edged with lace trim. Her bridal bouquet consisted of white carnations and pink roses. Kathryn Poulsen was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids brides-maids were Darla Gifford, Janice Poulsen, and Julia Poulsen. They were dressed ii floral print sheer gowns r solid colored taffeta lining lin-ing in alternating colors of yellow, pmk and green. The gowns were styled with white lace trim on short sleeves and the necklines with delicate lace down the dress fronts forming an "apron look." THEY CARRIED bouquets of white mums, baby's breath, and colored straw flowers. Mother of the bridegroom wore a light green long polyester dress and her flowers were white orchids. Mother of the bride was dressed in a long pink polyester gown, she also had a corsage of white orchids. SCOTT JOHNSON was the best man, with Dale Poulsen, Gary Gifford, David Poulsen, and Mike Gifford as ushers. Prenuptial parties honoring the couple were given by Wendy Cook, Kathy Sperry, Mrs. Doris Troutner, Debbie Gifford, Ellen Taylor, Renae Madsen, Mrs. Richard Groves, Valerie Goodrich, and Wanda Bangerter. THE BRIDE attended Bountiful High School and BYU. The bridegroom attended at-tended Boise State College and BYU, a senior in civil engineering. He served a LDS mission to Floria. The couple will make their home in Provo. |
