Show NOTICE TO POTENTIAL CLAIMANTS OF MECHANIC'S LIEN FORECLOSURE ACTION Civil No. 20683 DOUGLAS R. LARSEN dba DOUGLAS R. LARSEN INTERIORS, Plaintiff, vs. G. STEVEN RAPICH dba RAP1CH CONSTRUCTION CO., and ANNE MARIE RAPICH, Defendants. Plaintiff has filed action in the District Court of Davis County, State of Utah, for the following described property: All of Lot 5, Valley Side Circle Subdivision, located in Davis County, Utah, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 1,042.14 feet South along the Section Line and 35.0 feet East from the Northwest corner of Section 18, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, and running thence East 148.48 feet; thence . South 237.41 feet; thence West 148.48 feet to the East line of a Street; thence North 237.41 feet along said East line to the point of beginning. You are notified that a hearing has been scheduled in the Davis County Courthouse at 10:00 A.M. on September 2, 1975. Persons claiming liens against the premises shall on that day appear before the court and exhibit the same; whereupon the Court shall proceed to hear and determine deter-mine the claims in a summary sum-mary way, or may refer the same to a referee to ascertain the report thereon, and shall enter judgment according to the rights of the parties.
