Show Dogs To Be Killed If Loose At Night Says Chief of Police Dogs, whether they be licensed or not, will be killed on sight if they are caugtit loose at night, according to Chief of Police Marion Mar-ion Adamson. There have been complaints come to the city offices every day regarding stray dogs, and dogs that have been seen forming packs throughout the city and adjacent areas, Chief Adamson said. The chief pointed out the fact that thousands of dollars worth of shep and fowl have been killed in Utah County since last fall. "Now is the time when dogs tend to run in packs more than any other time of the year with the exception except-ion of Spring. We will not tolerate dogs being loose and killing valuable valu-able animals," Chief Adamson said. He also stated that dog licenses are now due and payable for 1952. Price is $3 for males and $10 for females, he said. |
