Show - rk NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, rk Salt Lake City, Utah, January 18, 1930. Notice is hereby given that the Lehi Irrigation Company and the Pleasant Grove Irrigation Company, whose principal places of business are Lehi and Pleasant Grove, respectively, have made application in accordance with the requirements of the Sesalon 1011 Laws of Ulah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate 18 c. f. s. of water 8. from American Fork River in Utah tn County, Utah. Said water Is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 9 degrees 50 minutes E. 4242 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec. 31, T. 4 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of canals 10 miles and 7 miles long, respectively, where the water will be used from Sept. 20th to Docembor 1st of each year as a supplemental supply for the irrigation of 2,000 acres of land embraced in Sees. 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, T. 5 S., It. 2 10., Sees. 34, 35, 36, T. 4 S., R. 1 B., Socs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, nit 20, 21, T. 5 S. R. 1 B., Sec. 31, T. 4 S., R. 2 E., S. L. B. & M. As much water as may be necessary will bo used from December 1st of each year to April 1st of the year following for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as Filo No. 10780. n' All protests against the granting of said application, .Btating the reasons Ih therefor, must he by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00. and filed in thin office within thirty p' (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
