OCR Text	Show Pen n-West to merge with Oregon firm Pending final, Utah state approvals, the firm of Penn-West Securities, a Park City brokerage house, will merge within the month with a Portland, Oregon broker leasing company. "This will enable us to offer a broader range of options to the investor," said Penn-West owner Tony Utley. "This Oregon firm is affiliated with a major New York stock exchange firm." Utley is traveling to Oregon this week to complete details of the merger. He expects to be named vice president of the local branch here. "We will now be able to offer municipal bonds, stocks and investment planning in much greater detail than we could before." Investors wishing to reach the firm can call 649-0647 during the reorganization.
