Show Hotel leads list of February permits A footing and foundation permit for a 200-room hotel in Prospector Square helped put building permit valuation in Park City over the $4 million mark in February. - The hotel, being developed by R.L. Sessions of Park City for the Ramada chain, has already broken ground at 1895 Sidewinder Dr. near ' the state liquor store. The value of the preliminary work on the three-story building is about $2.1 million, according to figures released by the Park City Building Department. One other large project a 10-unit condominium being developed in 1 Deer Valley by Pine Inn Associates makes up the bulk of the February valuation. That project is worth an estimated $13 million. The February figures also include $353,626 worth of finish work on the Galleria condominiumcommercial project on Main Street. In the first two months of 1985, building permits worth an estimated $4.5 million have been issued. That compares to about $1 million for the same period in 1984. |
