Show Resort Center project i. names new president i ,.li '"-'"'' J-' John F. Heath has been named president of Prudential Development Develop-ment Company, developer of The Resort Center condominium project proj-ect in Park City, according to Gene Donovan, president of Prudential Financial Services. He succeeds Michael D. Gallivan, who has returned to Harris and Love, Inc. where he will handle The Resort Center and other clients for the ad agency. Heath will oversee operations , and marketing of the 750-unit . project, which extends along the base of the Park City Ski Area. Heath formerly owned and operated Heath Mortgage and Investment Company, specializing specializ-ing in financing of recreational properties. For four years he was a commercial and industrial sales and leasing specialist with Central Cen-tral Oregon's largest real estate firm. He has been an independent consultant to resort operations, was vice president of resort operations for Central Oregon's Sunriver resort, and is a former director of hotel operations for the Sun Valley Company in Sun Valley, Idaho. For the past five months he has worked with The Resort Center as general manager. John F. Heath Prudential Development Com- j pany assumed control of The Resort Center in Park City in 1983. I The Resort Center is planned to have four separate "villages" and a total of 750 condominiums, 2400 underground parking places and 18,000 square feet of commercial office space. |
