Show No blarney: h Green is the C V theme this A Sunday pi - Whether you were born to the green or just borrow Irish tradition one day a year, there's something going on in town this weekend that will have you dancing a jig and bending an elbow, not necessarily in that order. So gather up some leprechauns and grab your shillelagh: You're invited to celebrate the sainted Emerald Isle at one (or more) of these establishments. Sneakers at the Park Meadows Racquet Club will greet the green in a big way with all-day festivities beginning at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. A balloon launch, live entertainment and a fa'shion show are on the program. And you're encouraged to wear green. There's no cover charge. If you're heading for the St. Mary's Church Annual St. Patrick's- Day Party, take a flight of steps to the second floor of the Elks Club building on Main Street Sunday at 5 p.m. A $6 ticket includes singing and dancing to the Irish band Tir-Na-Nog ( which means Land of the Young ) , bagpipe music and a few lessons in folk dancing. Proceeds will benefit the 1985 International Winter Special Olympics Games. jjT The Irish Camel, according to its name, has at least one if (Tl I foot in Eire.
