The band 9-1 1 will take the floor at 9 p.m. (the bar opens at 7 p.m.) On Wednesday,; Halloween night, check out the spinetingling Bob Snow Band. Sneakers Classical guitarist Kelly Wright will entertain the sippers and suppers in the Sneakers dining room from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday night. A Horse of a Different Color Do you wanta dance? On Friday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. you can boogie to the "Oldies but Goodies" emanating from Salt Lake's KLUB radio. Or if "Mellow Rock" is your beat, local disc jockey Randy Kline will turn the platters Saturday from 9 , p.m. to 1 a.m. Rusty Nail It'll be a fright wig-and-rubber nose affair at the Rusty Nail when the Nightriders' Halloween Party fires up at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
