Show SS CHARGED WITH A - CRIME James Armstrong, charged with grand larceny, was arraigned in the police ciurt this morning, but his preliminary pre-liminary hearing was continued until a later date at the request of his attorney. at-torney. Armstrong is charged with having stolen two suit cases from the Southern Pacific railroad, valued at $224.
