Tho federal grand Jury which has been Investigating Investigat-ing Chicago packers, lite today returned re-turned Indictments ngalnst ten hl;h officials of tho Swift. Armour and Morris concerns. There are three Indictments In-dictments against each, charging combination, conspiracy and Illegal monopoly. The men Indicted are I F. Swift, president of Swift & Co.; Edward Swift, vlfv, president of Swift & Co.; Ch.wles II. Swift, director of Swift & Co.; Francis A. Fowler, director of Swift & Co., and Ward Tllden, presl-dent presl-dent of tho National Packing company; com-pany; J, Ogden Armour, president of Armour & Co.; Arthur Meeker, general gen-eral manager Armour & Co.; Thomas J. Connors, superintendent of Armour '& Co.; Edward Morris, president of Morris & Co., arid Louis H. Heyman. manager of Morris & Co.
