Explaining Explain-ing the positive benefits shared by citizens cit-izens o North Dakota, through the operation op-eration of co-operative enterprises and state owned industries, Representative John M. Baer of that state in a speech at the Y. M. C. A. meeting here, declared de-clared North Dakota's antidote for Bolshevism Bol-shevism was the Non-Partisan League. Profiteering and exploitation together togeth-er with constantly rising prices and tho passage of suppressive laws, Mr. Baer declared, were the principal causes of Bolshevism, the only cure for which, he said, was the removal or the source of the "disease" such as North Dakota had been successful in - J accomplishing.
