Show NOTES FROM PARIS There is actually a new fur in Paris. t least it looks "new"; but as, a matter mat-ter of fact it Is our old friend the rabbit skillfully dyed bright green! rhis novelty was introduced on a. black :repe do chine tea gown, with heavy fringes in silk -and iridescent beads. The color was almost emerald, and at a little distance .the fur locked like rich plush. A Fashion Hint. Cointures made of small flowers or fruit are fashionable. They are not meant to look natural, merely decorative! decora-tive! Fruit is becoming more and more popular as a decoration for evening even-ing frocks. Color on the Golf Course, A sporting costume was composed of a bright emerald green knitted skirt and a groen jumper striped with bandh of red. Another was mustard-yellow with borders on jumper, cap and scarf of black and white checker patterns. The Enlarging Fan. Fans grow larger and larger, and are made of feathers, ostrich, rooster, i pheasant and so forth. Some of the new fans are of Portia outline, with single sticks made of tortoise shell or carved horn, but the favorite of the season is the big ostrich feather fan, black or. white, with tortoise shell slicks and an intricate monogram in silver or paste, j New Girdles. The prettiest girdles are made of metallic ribbons richly embroidered in 'silks and beads, or of largo wood and crystal beads skillfully strung togeth-l ;er on knotted silk cords, iho ends decorated dec-orated with handsome tassels.
