HEARTS" IS FILMED 1 FROM FAMOUS NOVEL i : A.nthony Hope's Book Is Basis for Robert Warwick's New Film Production i I Robert Warwick in "An Adventure 1 In Hearts." a screen version of Anthony Anth-ony Hope's well-known novel, "Captain Dieppe," will be the attraction at the Alhambra Theatre tomorrow. The story is of t he same romantic-adveu-ture type which Mr. Hope made famous fam-ous in "The Prisoner of Zenda." Mr. Warwick has the role of an Am erican of French descent, who having just completed a delicate diplomatic mission for a foreign government, is being hounded by secret agents lest he betray the details of the affair. He seeks shelter in the castle of an Italian Ital-ian count, whose wife and he, 'newly estranged, are living in opposite wings 1 or the castle.
