Show CIS WARN CMI OF TIES PLACED DIMS For the alleged placing of railroad ties across the track of the Twenty-first Twenty-first street car line, and for further obstructing ob-structing the track with barrels, old iroon and other material, five boys will appear before Judge Dan Sullivan, of the Juvenile court next Tuesday, Judge Sullivan stated that there was a gang of youngsters living in the Northeast orn section of the city who had repeatedly repeat-edly endangered the life of street car patrons. In addition to placing abstructions on the tracks, the youngsters are said to have been in the habit of stealing rides by hanging on the back of the car. They would then pull tho trolly from the wire' by means of the con-: nectlng rope, and stop the car. Judge Sullivan stated that two girls' who saw the obstructions on the track I and warned the motorman. saved uj probable wreck. i The placing of pollcement on the cars was necessary berore capture of the youths was accomplished. |
