Show HOB'S JOB! II FIIIK BERRY CASE A coroner's jury in Judge George S. Barker's municipal court this morning returned a verdict formally stating that Frank G. Berry came to his death by a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the heart with Intent to commit suicide. The jury was composed com-posed of A. F. Waltfron, A. Varham and Daniel McKnight. Only two witnesses were used, Mrs. Calva Berry Hill, a daughter of Berry, who found the body of her father lying on the dining floor after her return from a meat market, and L. F. Ledg-I Ledg-I wldge, proprietor of an automobile repair re-pair shop, next door to the Berry home on Grant avenue. Ledgwidge was the second person to arrive at the scene. He was called by Mrs. Hill immediately after she discovered the body. The testimony of the witnesses corresponded cor-responded substantially in overv detail to their originaL statements. oo |
