Show OFFENSIVE REMARK BHHBS ft HEDUKE For making offensive inquiries of the proprietress of a lower Twenty-fifth Twenty-fifth street hotel, John Stevens and Mack Phillips, transient youths, were each sentenced by Municipal Judge Georgo S. Barker this morning, to servo 10 days in jail or to pay a $10 fine. They were .arrested Thursday evening by Patrolman Charles Layne. R. D. Rate was fined $5 for operating operat-ing an automobile without proper license number plates attached to it. The case of tho State of Utah againBt Angel Coroles was dismissed on account of tho county attornoy not being present to prosecute. Coroles was arrested in Ogden canyon by Deputy Game Warden Hagbert Anderson Ander-son for an alleged offenHO against the state traffic law. He was represented represent-ed In court by Judge William H. Reeder, Jr. |
