His address was the opening feature of the Ogden Chautauqua. Many prominent Ogden men and s women who heard the Welsh orator m say that it was one of the most inter- 9 esting, impressive and eloquent lee- tures they ever heard, sounding a ' $ dopth of reasoning that could only be based upon extensive travel and in- tensive study of human nature.
