Show oo PERSONAL NOTES OF FOIST SERVICE James T. Jardine, inspector of grazing, graz-ing, from the Washington office of che forest service, is spending a few days at the local district headquarters, after af-ter which, in company with Grazing Examiner Mark Anderson, of the lo. cal office, he will make a general inspection of the Utah forests. The trip will occupy the better part of a month, and special attention will bo given to the grazing management and reconnaissance studies being conduct ed on these forests. District Forester L. F. Knelpp will return today from special inspection work on the Ashley forest, with headquarters head-quarters at Vernal. . Ralph Clement Bryant, professor of lumbering at the Yale university for est school, was a visitor at the local forest service headquarters today, renewing re-newing acquaintance with former stu. dents now located here. Assistant District Forester Homer E. Fenn.is visiting the Sawtooth forest for-est in Southern Idaho, in connection with the allotment of grazing privileges privil-eges to settlers under the reclamation reclama-tion service projects in that section. |
