Show 1 Society UTOPIA CLUB. Mrs. Frank Tribe will entertain the Utopia club tomorrow at her home on Washington avenue. The meeting will be called at 3 o'clock when business I affairs will be attended to. OGDENITES AT DELIGHTFUL EVENT. Mr. and Mrs. George E. Browning and Professor and Mrs. Howard M. Driggs of Ogden, as members of the Ensign club of Salt Lake, were present pres-ent at the beautifully appointed dinner din-ner given by the club yesterday evening even-ing at seven o'clock at the Hotel Utah roof garden In compliment to President and Mrs. J.T. Kingsbury and their daughter. Mrs. Myron Billings. Dr. Emmett Browning of Ogden was among the guests of the club present The club members and guests, numbering num-bering about sixty were seated at one long table, decorated with lovely white wicker baskets filled with coral shaded sweet peas and maidenhair ferns. After dinner an informal gathering gath-ering was held on the mezzanine floor of the hotel when informal addresses were given by Dr. E. G. Gowans, Prof. Richard R. Lyman, P. C. Evans and John C. Cutler. AT IDLEWILD TONIGHT. The Misses Cleone and Oertel Rich are entertaining at the Idlewild hotel In Ogden canyon this evening at an informal in-formal dinner dance. Over 100 guests will be present. |
