Show WILLIAM LIISS! OIES IT 71 YEARS William Lindsay, aged 71 years, died of general debility at ' 5 o'clock this morning at the family residence, 2256 Quincy avenue. Mr. Lindsay had beeu ailing the past eighteen, months. His wife, one son, William of Black-foot, Black-foot, Idaho, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary R. Clark of Eden, Utah, survive; sur-vive; also one brother, Walter Lindsay Lind-say of Liberty, and two sisters, Mrs. Jeanette Ferrell of Eden and Mrs. Christina Thompson of Ogden and ten grandchildren. Mr. Lindsay was born in Scotland, November 5, 1845, and came to Utah in 1862, first residing in Grantsville, Salt Lake county, until 1867, when he moved to Ogden. He was a faithful member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints and a high priest in Ogden stake. Funeral services will be held In the Sixth ward Thursday at 12 noon, after which the body will be taken to Eden where services will be held In the Eden meeting house at 2:30 o'clock. Interment, Eden cemetery. Friends may view the remains at the family resldeuce Wednesday evening and Thursday until funeral hour. |
