Show SHERIFF'S SALE. Badgor Conl & Lumber company, a corporation, Plaintiff vs. N. C. Olsen, Mario' Olsen and T. P. Terry, Defendants, Defend-ants, ss. To be sold at Sheriffs Sale on the 13th day of September, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon of said day, at the South Front door of the Weber county court house, in Ogden City Weber County Utah, the following 'described property, prop-erty, to-wit: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, In Township 6, North of Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Merid-ian, U. S. Survey, particularly described de-scribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 1230 feet west and 425.5 feet north of the southeast cornor of said quarter section, and running thence north 122 feet moro or less, to what would bo the south line of Sth street if projected, thence west 42 feet, thence south 122 feet, more or less to a point west of beginning, thence east to beginning, situated iu Weber county, Utah.
