Show ECGLES SUGAR CO, IS KHia FOB sjnuni Further development of the sugar presaged through the entrance of a two million dollar sugar manufacturing manufactur-ing company in the field. Articles of Incorporation for the new company, known as the Bccles Sugar company, were filed late Saturday. The incorporators incor-porators include members of the Ec-cles Ec-cles family, and others with, holdings in the Amalgamated copany. With two exceptions the incorporators reside re-side in Ogden. They are Mrs. Bertha M.. Eccles, widow of the late David Eccles; Joseph M. Eccles, G. L. Becker, Beck-er, Ezra C. Rich, Joseph Scowcroft. Jr., Lawrence T. Dee, A. B. Petterson, J. H. DeVlne and T. W. Shelley of Shelley Idaho and S. J. Rich, who resides at Blackfoot. The larger portion of the stock, 1, 400 shares, is held by Joseph M. Eccles Ec-cles in trust, and each of the other naed stockholders holds ten shares, valued at $10 a share. Mrs. Eccles is designated as president and general gen-eral manager of the company; G. L. Becker, vice-president; Lawrence T. Dee, treasurer; H. M. Monson, secretary. secre-tary. Although no final decisions have been made, it is said several tracts that would be suitable for sites for plants are under consideration. |
