He denies that ho stole the car, however, and declares de-clares he was in Salt Lake City whon it was stolon. He is a resident of Sioux City, Iowa, and is 19 years old Following the arrest of the youth, requisition papers for his return to Utah were obtained from Governor William Spry and the two local offl- j cers departed for Nebraska a week ago. The requisition papers were j honored and they began the return trip in the recovered automobile last Tuesday. They traveled only in tho daytime, having arranged their itin-erary itin-erary so as to reach- a town each ' night, in order to keep their prisoner in a jail so they might sleep In NTe j braska, the officers said, the roada j were good, but in Wyoming they wera i in poor condition. Yesterday they drove 176 miles, from Green River to Ogden.
