Show Deaths and Fsinerals VAN DER VEER. Funeral services for Johanus T. Van der Veer wore held yesterday afternoon in the Lind-quist Lind-quist chapel, with Elder Evart Neule-boom Neule-boom presiding. The service was largely attended and numerous floral tributes weer in evidence. The speakers speak-ers were Herman Van Braak and Evert Neuteboom and special music was furnished as follows: Duet, "Somewhere." Mnry Van Kampen and James Van Limberg; "Cavalry' Joseph P. Fernelius: "My Father Knows," and "O My Father," by Mrs. M. Van der Graaf and Rudolph Jans. Interment was In the city cemetery, the grave being dedicated by S. J. A. Lindquist. The apllbearers were Peter W., John C. and William P. De-Hart De-Hart and Abraham Kershaw. ROSS. James Ross died Saturday at 7 p. m. at the family residence in west roini, weuer county, ol arierio sclerosis, He was born at West Point, January 23, 1872, the son of Daniel and Hannah Adams Ross, and was one of tho best known residents of the West Ogdon district. He is survived sur-vived by his wife, formerly Nancy Ann Perry, three daughters and two sons and the following brothel's Thomas Thom-as A. and John G. Ross of West Point. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p. m. In the Hooper ward meeting hous and interment will be in the Hooper cemetery. oo |
