Browning has issued instructions that the sale or use of confetti or similar so-called fun-producers fun-producers will not be allowed inOg-den inOg-den during the Fashion Show and Harvest Festival. In speaking of this matter, Chief Browning stated that the throwing of confetti in past years has led to the throwing of different kind of powders, pepper and similar injurious substances and that for the general welfare of the local public and visitors, it has been deemed advisable ad-visable to entirely prohibit the practice. prac-tice. oo
