Show TESTING DMIH LI OF TIE LAST LEGISLATURE The supreme court of Utah has set a special day, January 29, to hear petitions pe-titions for writs of prohibition respecting respect-ing the legality of establishing, bonding bond-ing and entering into contracts for construction work, in drainage districts dis-tricts established in Box Elder and Millard counties. The writs have been petitioned for for the purpose of settling the question ques-tion as to whether drainage districs can accomplish that which is Intended by the recent enactment of the state legislature. If the supreme court ruling rul-ing is favorable the two districts in question will proceed to carry out their bonding plans and Instruct contractors con-tractors to begin work on the improvements. im-provements.
