Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following fol-lowing described improvements, to-wlt: to-wlt: To create Twenty-sixth street botweon Harrison and Tyler Avenues as a sewer district, and to construct therein a sewer of vitrified, concrete, or other standard sewer pipe of sufficient suffi-cient capacity, together with the necessary nec-essary manholes, and to connect all with tho manholes of the present sewer system, and to defray the whole of tho cost thereof, estimated at $1,000.00 by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described de-scribed district, being the district to be affected or benefited by such improvement, im-provement, namoly: All the land lying ly-ing between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn 132 feet outward from and parallol to the said outer boundary lines on both sides of Twenty-sixth Street botweon Harrison and Tyler Avenues, being part of Lots 1 nnd 2, Block 28, Plat "C": Lots S, 9 and 10, Block 21, Plat "C"; and LotB 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12. Wallace Sub-division of Lots 6 and 7. Block 21, Plat "C," all in Ogden City Survey. All protests or objections to such improvements or to the carrying out of such intention, must bo in writing signed by the owners of abutting property, describing same, together with the number of abutting front foot and be filed with the City Recorder Re-corder on or boforo the 27th day of March, 1916, boing tho time set by' ) the Board of Commissioners of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, when it will consider tho proposed levy and will hear and consider such protest and objections as may bo made thereto.
