Show RUUHHD HlEET HFBE TO CONSIDER SAFETY FIRST f More than thirty officials and employes, em-ployes, the latter including conductors, conduct-ors, engineers, firemen, brakemen and signalmen, of the Salt Lake division of the Southern Pacific assombled this morning In the office of Supt. T. F. -Rowlands, for the monthly division safety first 'conference. Supt Rowlands, Row-lands, chairman of the division safety first committee, presided at the meeting meet-ing and the other local officials present pres-ent were Asst. Supt IT. L. Bell; Master Mas-ter Mechanic D. Hickoy; Division Engineer En-gineer Otis Weeks and Trainmaster H. W. Wistner. Officials from the west erid present, wore Asst Supt F. C. Smith and Asst. Master Mechanic Paul Jones, Sparks, Nevada, and Trainmaster J. L. Brown, Imlay, Nevada. Ne-vada. Matters pertaining to the safeguarding safeguard-ing of employes and patrons of the railroad were diBcussed and general Instructions on safety first lines wore given out by Supt. Rowlands.
