Show ISIR IS FILED B LOGAIMANIN DAMAGE CASE In the personal injury case of Forest For-est A. Prows against J. R. Murdock, the defendant has filed an answer in which he claims that a. collision with a third party riding a motorcycle, causing his auto to swerve to one side, was the approximate cause of tho Injury complained of and that ho was not responsible. Tho suit was brought for damages in the sum of $5,300 for alleged personal per-sonal injuries and the breaking of certain parts of a motorcycle when tho defendant's automobile plunged Into his motorcycle on Washington avenue, between Twenty-flfh and TwentyrBixth streets, August 20, 1915. The plaintiff claims that Mr. Murdock Mur-dock carelessly and recklessly ran against his motorcycle as ho was driv-ing driv-ing his auto into the Cheesnian company com-pany garage, lie says that ho was Injured and that his motorcycle was badly broken. The plaintiff claims tihatho was at the curb with his motorcycle mo-torcycle when the Murdock machine struck him. |
