Show VIENNA REPORT CLAIMS VICTORY OVER RUSSIANS Vienna, Jan. 11. via Amsterdam and London, Jan. 12. 2:53 a. m The following fol-lowing official communication was Issued today: "The situation in Russian Poland is unchanged On the lower Nida yesterday yes-terday there was obstinate fighting.
