Show DISTURBERS OF PEACE SENTENCED John Green was given nn alternative alterna-tive sentence of a $10 fine or ten days In jnil this morning by the municipal munici-pal court judge. He was arrested last night by Patrolman William Brown on the charge of drunkenness and. according to the evidence, was not only drunk but was disturbing the peace. E. Summers, who was arrested ar-rested at the same time on a similar charge, was given a sentence just half as heavy as that hnnoded to Green. H. Livingston pleaded guilty to drunkenness and was given a sus- I pended sentence L Dodd. charged With disturbing the peace, had his case taken under advisement Dodd 'was arrested at 11:15 p m. yesterday yester-day at Twenty-fifth street and Hudson avenue by Sergeant O. 11.
