Weather conditions con-ditions on the division, he stated this morning, were very much out of the ordinary thus far this winter Cheyenne is virtually without snow and the temperature is warmer than in Ogden. The same condition was noted almost all along the line, except ex-cept in the mountains, and there is more snow in and around Ogden than anywhere on the Wyoming division.
