George Carpentier, th emlddlewelght champion of France and England, and Frank Klnus, the Pittsburg middleweight, met In a twenty-round match here yesterday. Carpentier was disqualified disquali-fied in tho nineteenth round. Both used rough tactics and Klaus worked his elbows into the Fronch-man'B Fronch-man'B faco'and body In the clinches. In the nineteenth round Carpcntieu's manager, believing that Klaus had struck the Frenchman a foul blow on tho chin with hiB elbow, jumped Into the ring and threw up the spongo.
