I Nakahara was arrested on April 2, through information furnished by other oth-er Japanese, connecting him with the shooting which took plnce in a Twenty-fourth afreet noodle restaurant during dur-ing the fall. It' is alleged that Nakahara Naka-hara fired two shots from a revolver, one of which struck a fellow countryman country-man In the arm and tho second penetrating pene-trating the thigh of another Japanese. Tho shooting was a part of an attempted attempt-ed robbery. The man who fired the shots made his escape and the police were unable to trace him nt the time.
