Hyde's attorneys will hold a conference confer-ence today to decide upon the future actions in behalf of their client. The first step probably will be an applica- ' tiou to Judge Ralph S. Latshaw of the criminal court for the release of tho , physician on bond Frank P Walsh, leading counsel for Dr Hyde, said this morning that he believed the application would be granted "I havo read the opinion of the supreme su-preme court by which the case of Dr. Hyde was reversed and remanded for a new trial, ' 6aid Mr Walsh, "and ( It is really more 1favorablGto the in-, terests of Dr Hyde .than first reports indicated. The ery-wording of the j opinion is almoBt a command to the trial judge to release Dr. Hyde on ' bond "All Dr. Hyde's Interests are here, tho securities he will offer are fiisti class, and it is pure nonsense to suppose sup-pose that he would resort to flight at this time when his prospects are so rosy "We will apply for his release on bond just as soon as the preliminaries prelimin-aries can be arranged."
