Show TRIBUNE EDITOR DEFEATS RIYALS Los Angeles, Aug. 30 The demurrer demur-rer Interposed by Edwin T Earl, pub-Usher pub-Usher of the Express and the Tribune, to the Indictment charging him with having published tho contents of an intercepted aerogram, was sustained today, by Judge Walter Bordyell of tho superior court. District Attorney Attor-ney Fredericks annouueed he would appeal from the ruling. Judge Bordwoll hold that the law of 1872, to safoguard tho contents of telegraphic tel-egraphic messages, upon which the indictment in-dictment was based, applied only to officers and .employes of telegraph companies and that therefore Mr. Earl committed no offense when he "pub-llshod "pub-llshod an aerogram taken out of the air by throe amateur wireless operators. operat-ors.
