Show GOVERNORS' SPECIAL TO MAKE MM TRIP POCATELLO. Idaho, Aug. 29. The governors of thirteen western states will say: "Howde do," to elghty-fho million people cast of the Rockies this fall, when a governor's special train, carrying the executives of Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Mon-tana, Novnda, Utah, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Colorado, Nebraska, and Minnesota, will assemble at Omaha In October and Journey to the land showB at Chicago, Pittsburg and New York City with side trips to every eastern capital and wind up at St. Paul In December. Former Governor Gov-ernor James II. Brady of Idaho, president pres-ident of the Western Development Ar-soclatidn, Ar-soclatidn, upon returning to this city todav from Butte, where ho conferred with the C. C. Rosewater, manager of the Omaha Bee, and head of the Omaha Land Show, and Lewis Pen-well, Pen-well, of Helena, prosldent of the Northwestern Development Association, Associa-tion, announced today the perfection of plans for running the governor's special. Tho Hill and, Harrlman lines and tho Panama exposition management manage-ment have pledged coppepatlon. Tho trip will cost seventy-live thousand dollars. nn |
