That it is proposed to riuo-nd Section 17. Article 7. of uie Con-" Con-" stitution of the State of Utah, so that the same will read as follows:' 17 The Auditor shall he Auditor of public a.oounts. The public moneys shall he il.-posited by the Treasurer, under tin supervision of the Board of Kxtmincrs, and as provided by law. See 2. The Secretary of State, is hereby directed to submit this proposed propos-ed amendment to the electors of the State at the next general election in the manner provided by law. Sec. S.
