Show New Harmony By Marva D. Prince Mrs. Vivan (Marva) Prince received word of the passing of her brother Delile Davis of Kanarraville in the Valley View Medical Center Sunday Nov. 14. Delile has been in serious condition con-dition for some time. Visiting with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Darce Prince and brother Brent, and also with Mrs. Prince's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Sandberg and family of Cedar City were Mr. and Mrs. Darce Vernile Prince and family of Wyoming. The Princes also traveled to Arizona for business meetings for the company Vernile is employed. Speakers in our Sacrament meeting Sunday were Brother and Sister Keith Smith, recently returned missionaries from Cedar City. They reported on their mission where they labored in the Florida, mission, also Brother Ralph Edwards of the High Counsel. Mrs. Leah Batty and Helen Pace of Cedar City spent a few days in Las Vegas visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Prince had as guests over the weekend their friends Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thompson and daughter Dianna and her baby and also friends of the Thompsons accompanied them from Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall spent a couple of days in Fillmore visiting with their daughter-in-law Lois and granddaughter Janet. While visiting Dean ac companied Janet to the Daddy and Daughter party. Recent visitors at the home of Brother and Sister Joe Walker were Bonnie's parents Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Gibson of Salt Lake. Several attended the viewing and funeral services in Kanarra for Delile Davis Tuesday and Wednesday. Marva Prince, Mrs. Sharon Prince and daughter Talonnie and Fred Melville visited in St. George with the Prince's Uncle and Aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Antone Prince, and in Toquerville with another Aunt, Fern Kleinman. Also visiting with Fern was another Aunt and sister of Fern was Vilo Pearce of New Harmony. Har-mony. Little Elaine Batty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Batty of Parowan is visiting for a few days with her grandmother Mrs Leah Beatty. Mrs. Boyd Pace and daughters Tammie and Kay spent the weekend in Manti visiting with Mrs. Pace's grandmother. Mrs. Barbara Pace spent Monday in St. George visiting with her girlfriend from Las Vegas who was visiting in St. George for a few days.Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Schoppmann and family of Cedar City and Mrs. Schoppmanns parents of Toquerville visited with Mr. and Mrs. Lowell D. Prince and family Saturday. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Darce Prince were their friends Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Robinson of Fairview, Ut. |
