Show Geological Survey seeks area cooperation i and Engineering Geology Section, Sec-tion, explained that whether or not the cracks or open or closed, new or old or affecting any structure at the present time is all relevant information desired by the Survey. Most leads will be followed up by the Survey in the field in the coming months. Both rural and Cedar City and the Utah Geological and Mineral Survey are undertaking a study of a geologic problem for which they have asked the assistance of area residences. The cooperative investigation will deal with the problems and associated hazards from ground surface subsidence. In this connection the Survey would greatly appreciate knowledge of any cracks or fractures that anyone may have knowledge of in or outside of Cedar City. Bruce N.
