State Art Exhibit on display at SUSC The Uraithwnite Fine Arts flallerv. Southern Utah State College. Cedar City, announces that the 8th Annual Utah Statewide College Student Art Exhibit will be on display February 1 through ".I. 1979. According to Prof. Thomas A. I.eek. gallery curator, the annual exhibit hav ficcn held ;it Weber State College for the past seven years. It has been an important im-portant and popular exhibit. It was decided this year to tour the exhibit among Utah's nine colleges and universities, Included in the exhibit are selected works by art students from Southern Utah State College, including Jo Ellison. Karen Gilg, Linda Hansen. David M. .lefferey, and Allen Lewis. The annual exhibit includes in-cludes fiber art, sculpture, ceramics, drawings, paintings, photographs, and graphic art. Many of the works are available for purchase. The Braithwaite Gallery, located on the lower level of the Old Administration Building, is open to the public 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays. |
