BARBECUED BEANS Brown 1 lb. ground beef in large frying pan. Add Vi cup chopped onion and saute. Then add Vi tsp. salt, 1 Tbp. Worchestershire Sauce, 2 Tb. vinegar, vt tsp. Tobasco ' auce, V4 tsp. pepper, Vi cup catsup, V4 cup brown sugar, and 1 large can Pork and Beans. Simmer slowly until ready to serve. POTATO CAKE 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup sour milk 1 tsp. soda 3 Tb. coca 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. red food coloring 1 cup shortening 1 cup hot mashed potatoes 2 cups flour v2 tsp. salt nuts if desired. Mix sugar, shortening, eggs, and potatoes. Then add sour milk, dry Ingredients, ' vanilla and food coloring. Bake at 350 deg. for 30-35 minutes.
