Show l NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Orlene Pickett, Parowan Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6808 (75-184) Jess W. & Orlene Pickett, Parowan, Utah 84761 propose to correct the point of diversion and nature of use of 480.73 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Water User's Claims 184-197 all in Area 75 as amended by a-4534. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well 300-500 ft. deep at a point S. 1260 ft. & E. 1260 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 8, T34S, R9W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, fam-ily, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 120.- 0 acs. in SWySE, SWM-SWM, SWM-SWM, Sec. 5, SESE, Sec. 6, NEKNE Sec. 7, NW'iNWi Sec. 8, T34S, R9W. Hereafter, 480.73 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well 300-500 ft deep at a point S. 1280 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec. 8, T34S, R9W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 31 for the supplemental irrigation irri-gation of 126.20 ac 'but limited to sole supply of 120.1825 acs. in same as heretofore. a-6809 (71-1799) M. Jay and Sharon A. Hunt, Enterprise, Utah 81725 propose to change the point of diversion of 1235.-65 1235.-65 ac. ft. of water as evidenced iby Appl. No. 14642a (71-1799) & (71-1972). The water has been diverted from two wells at the following points: (1) 14-inch well 408 ft. deep at a point S. 810 ft. & E220 ft. from the N54 Cor. Sec. 33, T36S, R16W. (2) 16-inch well 300 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. & E. 1430 ft. from the SW Cor Sec. 27, T36S, R16W; and used for the stockwatering of 159 cattle, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation irriga-tion of 460.70 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 307.80 acs. in SViNWM, SW4 Sec. 27 NESEU, SS'.a Sec. 28, Sec. 33, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 1235.65 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from the three following wells: (1) & (2) wells same as heretofore (3) 14-inch well 700-1,000 ft. deep at a point N. 20 ft. & W. 100 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28.T-36S, 28.T-36S, R16W; and used same as heretofore. a-6821 (73-2204) S. DeMoin and Esther A. Jones, 972 West 200 North, Cedar City, Utah 8-1720 propose to change the point of diversion and, place of use of 8.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of a-5124 (73-2140). The water has been diverted from five 14-inch wells 150-500 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 630 ft. & E. 740 ft. from SW Cor. (2) N. 1650 ft. & W. 650 ft. from S M Cor. (3 ) N. 350 ft. & W. 1810 ft. from EM Cor. (4) S. 1580 ft. & E. 170 ft. from Nli Corner, all in Section 8. (5) South 50 ft. and East 1260 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9, T35S, R-10W; R-10W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.0 acs. in NE'4, ESWVi, SWM-NW',4, SWM-NW',4, N'iSW'i. SWiiSWU Sec. 8, NWUNWU Sec. 9, T-35S, T-35S, R10W. Hereafter, 8.0 ac ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well 200 ft deep at a point S. 500 ft. & W. 315 ft. from the EM Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.0 acs. in NE'iSE'4 Sec. 27, T35S, R11W. a-6822 ( 71-153) Charles Darwin Dar-win and ReVoe D. Hulet, New-, castle, Utah 84756 propose to change the point of diversion of 160.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by Appl. No. 12095 ( 71-1531. 71-1531. The water has been diverted di-verted from a 12-inch well 163 ft. deep at a point S. 2,600 ft. & E. 20 ft. from the N'4 Cor. Sec. 28, T35S, R15W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 115.10 acs. but limited to sole supply of 40 acs. in NE'4 Sec. 2H, T35S. R15W. Hereafter, ac. ft. of water is to bo diverted from j an existing 11-inch well 3J0j feet deep at a point South 220 feet and West 1080 feet! from tiie NE Cor.
