SUSG Drama group tour cast; enjoy 5 Broadway plays Six Southern Utah State College faculty and staff members and 25 members of the SUSC Drama Club returned return-ed Tuesday from a 10-day trip to New York City and Washington, Wash-ington, D.C. The group attended five Broadway play.s and visited the major tourist attractions in the two cities while on tour. Productions on the tour schedule were "No, No Nanette," Nan-ette," "Vivat! Vivat! Regina," "Applause," "Follies," and "What's Up Doc?". While in Now York the visitors vis-itors toured the United Nations, Na-tions, Empire State Building, Metropolitan Museum. Wall Street, Greenwich Village, St. Patricks Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, and CBS studios. They viewed the Statue of Liberty Li-berty from the Staten Island Ferry and watched the famous fam-ous St. Patrick's Day Parade on Fifth Avenue. In Washington. D.C. the group toured the White House. Lincoln Memorial, Washington Washing-ton Monument, Smithsonian Institute, National Archives, Capitol Building, and Folger Library. While in the East, Fred C. Adams, founder of the Utah Shakespearean Festival, and Gary Mclntyre, technical director di-rector for the Festival, met with Festival produce's to select se-lect company mem be- for the eleventh annual I'SF beginning begin-ning July 13 on the Sl'SC campus.
