Paula Carter, assist-j ant editor and Karen Moore, editor discuss plans for "Reflections," Literary Magazine at Cedar Junior High School with faculty advisor Steve Garrett. literary magazine available on May 9 Karen Moore, editor of thef Cedar Junior High School literary lit-erary magazine, "Reflections," announced that the publication publica-tion will be available May 8. The magazine 'gives stu dents an opportunity to share their talents with others by contributing their essays, short stories, poems and art work. Miss Moore will work with Paula Carter, the assistant editor; Marilyn Peterson, art editor; Jolene Cooley, layout editor; Lauri Marquardsen, production manager; and Carolyn Car-olyn Jorgensen, publicity chairman. Their advisor is Steve Garrett. The 1971 "Reflections" gain-ed gain-ed honors at the 36th annual High School Publications Workshop at Brigham Young University. It was the magazine's maga-zine's first year of publication. Improved format and general gener-al appearance is the goal of the magazine staff this year, Miss Moore indicated. |
